This week’s theme: something that reminds you of a written work.
The Rose That Grew From Concrete
by Tupac Shakur
Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature’s law is wrong it learned to walk without having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping its dreams, it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else ever cared.

Next week’s theme: something that reminds you of a song.

Alluring. 🙂 What plant is that? Is it always pink? Or does it change color depending on the season? Oh, and on an unrelated note, did you notice that Raven’s post is a week ahead? 😀

I honestly have no idea what plant this is. I think the flowers were white first then changed to pink. They got shed pretty quickly. ~~ Well, song lyrics are a written work technically. Besides, it’s not like y’all know in advance what the next topic’s going to be. 🙂
